科研方向: 现主要研究方向为药物化学和有机化学;主要从事新靶点抗肿瘤药物的设计、合成和活性研究及药物作用分子机制研究,特别是天然药物的设计改造及其靶向抗肿瘤活性的研究;此外,也从事药物合成及工艺路线研究、生物传感器及化学生物学的研究。

个人简述

卢宇靖博士,广东工业大学轻工化工学院副教授、硕士生导师,任职于广东工业大学天然药物与绿色化学研究所、广东省药食同源综合利用与研究开发工程中心,Allan H. Conney新药研发联合实验室。2012年入选广东省高等学校“千百十工程”校级培养对象和广东工业大学“培英育才”人才计划培养对象。曾获广东省科学技术奖一等奖、教育部自然科学奖二等奖、广东省轻工业协会科技进步奖一等奖、广东工业大学先进科技工作者等荣誉称号。近年致力于药物化学、化学生物学和有机化学的相关研究工作,研究方向主要包括靶向新型药物靶点的小分子化合物设计与合成,重要特殊核酸结构新型荧光探针的设计合成与应用研究,特别是天然产物合成与结构改造及其生物学的应用研究。迄今为止在J. Med. Chem.(影响因子5.447SCIⅡ区), Chem.Comm.(影响因子6.834SCIⅡ区)、Sensors & Actuators BSCIⅡ区)、AnalystSCIⅡ区)、Dyes& pigmentsSCIⅡ区)等专业刊物上发表SCI论文近三十篇,其中2015年发表在Chem. Comm.的论文被推选为杂志内封面文章;SCI论文总被引用次数超过900次,单篇引用超过200次;申请专利33项,授权12项。主持国家自然科学基金(两项)、广东省自然科学基、广州市产学研协调创新重大专项分项、教育部重点实验室开放基金等项目。
