The 60th anniversary of the University of Technology

2018The Third International Conference on Organic Chemistry and green processes, CO sponsored by Guangdong University of technology and Kyoto University, Japan, was held on November 8-9, 2002.This conference is one of the series of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the University. It aims to promote the development of organic chemistry and green process research in China, promote the in-depth exchange and cooperation of researchers in related fields, and jointly explore the key scientific issues in this field.At the opening ceremony of the conference, Mr. Zhang Li, vice president of Guangdong University of technology, and maruoka, Professor of Changjiang University of technology, delivered opening speeches respectively.Heads of the development planning department, international cooperation and exchange department, relevant leaders of the Institute of light industry and chemical industry, as well as experts from home and abroad attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Fang Yanxiong, executive director of the Institute of light industry and chemical industry.

There are 2 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 2 academicians of French Academy of Sciences, 7 winners of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 9 high-level talents from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries, as well as professors from our university.Among them are professor Jean Marie Lehn, father of supramolecule, Nobel Prize winner in chemistry, academician of French Academy of Sciences and foreign academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huang naizheng of Chinese University of Hong Kong, Feng Xiaoming of Sichuan University, and academician Bernard Meunier (France) and Keiji, distinguished professors of our universityProfessor maruoka (Japan), Associate Professor Luo Rongchang, Associate Professor Yue hangbo, etc.Research areas from organic synthesis to medical anticancer / anti Alzheimer drugs research, new organic fluorination reagents exploration, efficient conversion of lignin, organic photoelectric materials / organic polymer composites, etc., can be regarded as a gluttonous academic feast of organic chemistry and green process.The 26 excellent wall newspaper awards awarded by the international famous publishing house Elsevier.The meeting provides a good platform for the contact, understanding, exchange and cooperation between domestic and foreign researchers of organic chemistry and green process, and promotes the development of chemical engineering, applied chemistry and organic chemistry in our university.During the conference, academic celebrities were invited to write for the school, wishing the school better and better and happy birthday.Finally, on behalf of the organizing committee, Huo Yanping, vice president of the Institute of light industry and chemical engineering, expressed his sincere thanks and sincere wishes for the support of leaders at all levels, invited experts at home and abroad and colleagues attending the meeting on behalf of the organizing committee.
