谢绍朐,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,广东工业大学青年百人计划”A类引进人才。主要从事催化化学和化工分离工程的研究实现可再生能源、清洁燃料和化学品的生产。研究内容包括:1生物质(纤维素,半纤维素,木质素,氨基酸,蛋白质,油脂,几丁质,发酵产物等)的催化转化,生产生物燃料和高附加值化学品2)高效节能的生物基燃料和化学品的分离技术——盐析技术和糖析技术等液液萃取的开发 3CO2的捕集和转化,利用合成催化剂将胺捕集的二氧化碳直接转化为甲酸盐、甲醇、甲烷等化工原料,旨在实现可再生能源的零排放4设计新颖的工艺/催化剂来分解和升级废弃塑料;5)化学储氢主持青年百人A启动基金;参与1项国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划),1项美国能源部项目,1项美国农业部项目,以及1项美国国家自然科学基金。在ACS CatalysisJournal of CatalysisAIChE JournalChemSusChemACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering IscienceChem Catalysis等国际一流化工期刊上发表~40篇论文。获中国专利授权1

研究概况

(1)多相催化和均相催化制备生物基燃料和化学品

将化学过程与新型材料相结合,用于生物质基化学品和清洁燃料的生产。原料包括纤维素、木质素、甲壳素、蛋白质、植物油、发酵液等。通过分离过程和化学反应的耦合也是研究方向之一,例如通过双相催化过程直接将生物质转化为生物燃料、含氮化学品,特别是生物质转化成含氮化学品。

(2)生物基燃料和化学品新型分离过程的开发

乙醇、丙酮、正丁醇、异丁醇、1,3-丙二醇、2,3-丁二醇等是优良的有机溶剂和有机合成的原料。工业上生产这些化学品包含了合成法与发酵法。化学合成法的原料来源于化石资源,而发酵法的原料为可再生的生物质资源。随着化石资源的日益减少,发酵法生产这些产物得到人们的高度重视。传统的精馏工段要除去发酵固形物和大部分水分,从而导致发酵法的能耗大,如分离纯化ABE的工业应用中,每生产1ABE,约需18吨蒸汽。因此我们开发了高效节能的生物基燃料和化学品的分离技术——盐析技术和糖析技术。

我们采用盐析技术除去发酵液或者发酵液浓缩液的水分,降低后续分离中共沸物或者水的含量,采用盐析+精馏工艺分离生物基燃料和化学品,达到高效节能的目的。图6显示了蒸馏-盐析-精馏的方法分离ABE的过程,该工艺流程比传统的单纯精馏过程节能35%以上。我们也采用了糖析技术除去发酵液浓缩液的水分,降低正丁醇+水共沸物的量,萃余液主要为糖溶液,可用于下一步的ABE发酵,减少了萃余液回收过程,节能效果明显。

(3)CO2的捕获和转化

通过工业技术实现碳循环确实可以解决两个主要问题,即全球变暖能源危机。我们的研究重点是利用多相催化剂将胺捕集的二氧化碳直接转化为甲酸盐、甲醇、甲烷等化工原料。CO2捕集和利用(CCU)往往是单独进行的,导致CO2和转化产物分离过程的高能耗。捕集剂通过化学方式结合CO2分子,将顽固的CO2激活成更活跃的物种。将活性物种直接转化为有附加值的化学品,简化了CO2的利用过程,省去了CO2分离过程,节能效果强。我的研究重点是利用多相催化剂将胺捕获的二氧化碳直接转化为甲酸盐,甲醇,甲烷等化工原料。

(4)设计新颖的工艺/催化剂来分解和升级废塑料

研究的目的是探索一种可工业化的催化技术,从废塑料中生产有价值的聚合物单体和燃料。该技术可简化催化过程和分离过程,得到高收率和高纯度的聚合物单体和燃料。推荐的工艺是使用工业或自合成催化剂,将包括聚酯,聚烯烃,聚氨酯,聚酰胺等在内的塑料进行转化,以生产聚合物单体和汽油、航空煤油、柴油等燃料.
