范宇婷,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,广东工业大学“青年百人计划”引进人才。主要从事食品生物大分子结构与功能特性分析、功能性营养素的稳态化和缓控释技术等领域的教学与科研工作。目前已在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等期刊发表SCI论文17篇。
