党岱,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,广东工业大学“青年百人计划”A层次引进人才。华南理工大学与美国佐治亚理工联合培养博士。主要从事能量转化和储存器件的设计和研发,包括PEMFC、电解水制氢、锂电池和金属空气电池相关领域的研究。已在Science, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, Energy&Environmental Science, Applied Catalysis B-Environmental, ACS Catalysis, Chemistry of MaterialsSCI期刊上发表学术论文70余篇, H因子35,引用次数近6000余次。已授权发明专利10项,8项发明专利已完成转化。主持国家自然科学基金2项,国家重点研发计划子课题负责人1项,广州市重点研发计划课题负责人1项,省级项目2项,市级项目2项,企业横向项目5项。

4、电池工况下的原位表征技术与理论计算、结构仿真相结合的机理分析。
