简介:
王萍萍,华南理工大学与美国密歇根大学联合培养博士,美国密歇根大学博士后,广东工业大学青年百人引进人才,获得广东省优秀青年基金项目。致力于食源性功能因子递送体系构建、食药同源功能食品开发与利用等研究工作。目前申报人在国内外核心期刊发表论文40篇以上,其中以第一作者发表行业高水平SCI论文17篇,Cell子刊(Cell Reports)1篇,高被引论文1篇,担任英文期刊《Journal of Future Food》《Food Wellness》期刊青年编委,作为主要参与人申报并获得广东省科学技术进步奖、中国粮油学会科学技术奖等奖励4项。
